About Us

Lynn Allen, his wife Nancy, and Irene Leach formed the Hico Baking Company, LLC in 2014.  We went through several months prior to the formation of the business researching stabilizing products available in the food industry before going out on our own to develop the mixture that we have used on our pies successfully since April of 2014.  We have a better product that requires less sugar per meringue and decided to share our product with others that want a superior and longer lasting meringue for their pies.
